OPTION FIVE - SERVICE AGREEMENT

 


Option Five - Service is for organizations that would prefer to pay as they go. Many companies do not want to commit to a Maintenance Contract but still need the security of being able to ring someone when something goes wrong.

Have you ever tried calling an engineer out when you don't have a contract? If you have then you'll know you could wait some time before an engineer becomes available, obviously all companies put their contracted customers first.

Option five makes available an engineer within 8 hours of a fault being reported. Engineering time and any hardware or other costs involved will be billed as and when.

Many of our existing Service Agreements are held by customers with existing maintainer's requiring the security of a Parks Communications response.

What's included?

  • Hours of Cover: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • System Back-ups (if connectivity is provided)
  • Access to CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Discount on Support Contract.
  • Access to ETAS (Emergency Technical Advice Service)
  • Dedicated Business Relationship Manager.
  • Response Time: 4 Hour (with connectivity or 8 hours otherwise)
  • Agreed discount on MRSP (Manufactures recommended sell price)
