Plan 4 service provides system coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) including cabinets, modules, cables, phones, voice mail and other peripherals and is billed by time and material used.

Pricing Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM: $85.00/hr. – $35.00 Trip Charge
Pricing After-hours & Saturdays:
$127.50/hr. – $35.00 Trip Charge
Pricing Sundays & Holidays:
$170.00/hr. – $35.00 Trip Charge



Have you considered a maintenance contract?

Anyone who needs to budget for fixed costs. Most manufacturers offer at least a 1 year warranty. This is all well and good, but who pays the labor required to identify simple malfunctions from truly faulty parts, and then professionally remove, (without voiding the manufacturer's warranty), while directly dealing with the manufacturer? Unfortunately the manufacturer's warranty does not cover these services. They certainly won't pay a service company to perform this duty on your behalf.

Remote diagnostics and resolution:

Remote programming and maintenance of your system is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Off-site maintenance of your network minimizes downtime.
  • Proactive resolution of trouble yields maximized performance and uptime.
  • Remote capabilities reduce diagnostic and repair time.
On-site service response objective:
Expert technical support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Technician Dispatch:
When a problem cannot be repaired remotely a technician will be dispatched to your site.
Replacement parts:
Parts are typically available within 24-48 hours.
