The second most comprehensive service agreement offered, Plan 2-9/7 package provides system coverage from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 7 days a week including cabinets, modules, cables, phones, voice mail and other peripherals.

Who needs a maintenance contract?

Anyone who needs 7-days-a-week coverage on a fixed-cost budget. Most manufacturers offer at least a 1 year warranty. This is all well and good, but who pays the labor required to identify simple malfunctions from truly faulty parts, and then professionally remove, (without voiding the manufacturer's warranty), while directly dealing with the manufacturer? Unfortunately the manufacturer's warranty does not cover these services. They certainly won't pay a service company to perform this duty on your behalf.


Remote diagnostics and resolution:

Remote programming and maintenance of your system is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 7 days a week.

  • Off-site maintenance of your network minimizes downtime.

On-site service response objective:
Expert technical support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 7 days a week.

When a problem cannot be repaired remotely a technician will be dispatched to your site.
Replacement parts:
Parts are typically available within 24-48 hours.
Out-of-Hours support:
Upon request, billable support is available to resolve major failures if they occur beyond hours of maintenance agreement.
Help-desk support:
  • Obtain answers to basic questions on products, features, functions and interoperability.
  • Unlimited service calls there is never a reason not to call for necessary support.
