If your system develops an error, the fault reporting modem takes from your systems fault reports, passing directly to our monitoring centre, immediately logging and alerting our 24/7 helpdesk from where our trained technicians will login to your system and rectify the fault or dispatch an engineer. In the event of exchange line errors we can notify your carrier on your behalf.

As all voice systems are running 24/7 and the working day is normally eight to ten hours, five days a week, the largest part of most systems day is unmanned, making that first thing Monday morning outage 37% more likely than any other time.

This makes Parks Communications remote monitoring an ideal add on to any contract.  This service is greatly enhanced when taken in conjunction with our ECC (external carrier coordination).

Alarm monitoring is part of our Remote Support package but can be taken as a stand alone service.
