Meridian Options Remote Support Contracts are designed to give administrators of voice systems a one stop support service at a fixed cost.

A Support Contract can be taken in conjunction with a Maintenance Contract or as a standalone. Parks Communications offer support contracts without maintenance, this allows customers locked in to other maintainers contracts to take advantage of Parks Communications highly competitive support package.
