Parks Communications customised training programmes are tailored to suit customer requirements.


Comprised normally of digestible one or half day training classes at ether customer location or one of our classroom environments.  Individually focused courses can be crafted to suit customer specific needs.


There are three basic focuses of our training;

  • User Training: teaches the user how to use e.g. the attendant console or compile reports from your call centre etc.
  • Administration training: for those who wish to learn how to administer extension or voicemail users, changing name displays, forwards access rights etc.
  • Overview training: designed to give customer IT department or telecoms administration staff an overview of the voice system and its interfaces, including LAN/WAN, exchange lines, backup systems power and diagnostics etc.
